What’s in your Life Tool chest?

As you will hear us say often in this series, we believe that to build anything worthwhile, we need three things: a plan, a team, and the tools. To build a more fulfilling life, we need a Life Plan, a Life Team, and a tool chest full of Life Tools that we know how to use, AND we know where to find when we need them.
Lifeonomics Life Tools come in 3 categories: Internal, External, and Eternal.
Some examples of Internal Life Tools you might remember are:
Be Impeccable with your Word (from The 4 Agreements)
Don’t Criticize, Condemn, or Complain
And Let It Be, Learn From It, Let It Go so you can Live Now
These are all examples of Internal Life Tools.
DSI (the Deliberate Search for Inspiration) is an example of an External Life Tool since we have to go outside of our heads to find and use it. As we move into the Body portion of the series, more and more of the Life Tools we share will be External. A huge subcategory of External Life Tools is LIFE - LIFE-TECH tools.
Purpose, Gratitude, and Stillness are examples of Eternal Life Tools.
For now, this week’s challenge is to click on the link below. A downloadable list of all of the Life Tools that we have shared so far will pop up. Take the list and review it. Go back and watch previous “Mind” videos if needed.
Good luck with the challenge!
